To further strengthen its position in the Life Sciences, the University is embarking on an ambitious $75-million capital campaign, which will have clear benefits for Research park tenants. The campaign-based on the theme “The Art of Living, The Science of Life”-will focus on these areas:

The Research Park is the cornerstone of Guelph’s innovative research community. Since the first tenant joined in 1986, the Park’s intellectual capital has grown in a synergistic, progressive fashion. The University’s research influence, coupled with the provincial and federal government’s support and strong regional presence, has prompted steady and manageable growth. Today the Park is home to 26 clients with over 500 employees, ranging from well-established multi-national companies to promising start-ups. Their interests include medical and pharmaceutical research and development, agriculture, technical services, environmental services and information technology.
